Ft. Lauderdale, Florida-based Larasan is a nature-based pharmaceutical company that produces and distributes health enhancing products in the U.S. and Asia. With operations in China, Larasan distributes to more than one million retailers, franchise and corporate convenience and small grocery stores throughout China and India whose combined reach extends to more than two billion prospective consumers. Under the terms of the agreement, Larasan will distribute Unique Pizza and Subs frozen six-to-eight-inch individual pizzas to up to approximately 500,000 of its distribution outlets that have frozen refrigeration display cases, and for which Larasan will earn a customary distribution fee.
