Blackhawk Names Adkins President

BELOIT, Wis., Aug 26, 2014 (BUSINESS WIRE) Rick Bastian, Chairman and CEO of Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc. (OTCBB: BHWB), announced that David K. Adkins, executive vice president and chief operating officer, was appointed president of Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc. and its subsidiary, Blackhawk Bank. He was also appointed a director of the bank and its parent. As chief executive officer, Bastian will continue to be responsible for the company s overall performance and strategic direction while Adkins assumes day-to-day responsibility for most of the bank s operations.
