Dayton Power & Light Company Foundation Awards $270,000 in Signature Grants to Dayton Area Non-Profit Organizations

DAYTON, Ohio, Aug 25, 2014 (BUSINESS WIRE) The Dayton Power and Light Company Foundation today is presenting four Signature Grants to Miami Valley non-profit organizations. The Signature Grants are aimed at new or innovative special projects or programs by our long-time community partners. The DP&L Foundation awards at least two signature grants each year one at the $100,000 level and one at $50,000 level. DP&L believes these Signature Grants will make a significant difference for our customers and the communities we serve, said DP&L President and CEO Derek A. Porter.
