Vanstar Acquires 13 Cells Near its Nelligan Project

LA PRAIRIE, QUEBEC, Nov 26, 2014 (Marketwired via COMTEX) The management of Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: VSR) wishes to announce the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Emile project immediately located near its Nelligan project and south to the Anik project belonging to Geomega Resources. Many gold structures are known in the area, in particular Liam gold structure discovered by Vanstar on its Nelligan project, recently optioned by IAMGOLD (November 17, 2014 Press Release). Emile project was acquired from an arm s length company in consideration for the issuance of 400,000 shares. No royalty has been granted for this project. Also, the Company acquired by map designation 58 cells covering an area of about 3,200 hectares. These cells, separated into two mining blocks either the Danny Boy block composed of 20 cells and the Melissa block composed 38 cells. Both projects are located in the Otish Mountains.
