Powerdyne International, Inc. (OTC PINK: PWDY) today announced it has reached an agreement with ZeXen Technology of West Boylston, MA as its agent in China. Mr. Bo Zhang, President of ZeXen Technology, will be acting as Powerdyne's agent with regards to the acquisition of generators, cogeneration equipment and other power related products.
